Peter M. Nicholas, Jr.

Founder, Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Nicholas is a veteran healthcare executive with extensive international, general management, sales and marketing experience. Before founding IC Sciences, he spent two years in Paris with Boston Scientific International, a worldwide developer of minimally invasive medical devices. During that time, he worked in the company's European Headquarters for the Vascular Division responsible for overall P.T.A. marketing management in 14 countries. In addition, he has held various sales positions for Boston Scientific's MediTech Division and Johnson & Johnson's Ethicon Endo-Surgery Division.

Mr. Nicholas is a graduate of Duke University and received his MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. He currently serves on the Board of Visitors for the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University, the Board of Directors for the Fenn School, and the Board of Directors for Nicholas Advisors, Inc. Pete & his wife Christy make their home in Boston, Massachusetts.
