Ms. Ferraro has more than 15 years experience in healthcare and technology. Prior to joining NPD, Ms. Ferraro held various roles as a healthcare IT implementation consultant, software designer, education consultant, training manager, and has a background in information design. Ms. Ferraro was responsible for architecting and developing the implementation methodologies for multiple healthcare information system vendors. More recently, Ms. Ferraro provided consulting services to Fortune 500 pharmaceutical and bio-tech companies, managing a variety of enterprise-level projects, including: field force focus groups, communication plans, training curricula, and web-based solutions. Ms. Ferraro has been with NorthPoint Domain, Inc. for more than six years and has delivered services to specialty practices, hospitals, and integrated delivery networks throughout the country. While leading NorthPoint Domain’s field-based consultancy division, Ms. Ferraro helped pioneer the company’s electronic medical care strategy in partnership with its clients. Ms. Ferraro is passionate about the impact that electronic medical care technologies can have in empowering patients and families and improving the quality and efficiency of healthcare delivery. Ms. Ferraro earned her Bachelor’s degree from Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT.
