Ms. O’Shea is an accomplished Senior Global Financial Executive with a demonstrated ability to partner with management by optimizing financial performance, developing new businesses, and improving processes across diverse operations. Demonstrated achievements in increasing profitability, by growing revenue and managing cost, in a broad range of companies, both public and private, start-up through multibillion, multi-national’s. Ms. O’Shea brings over sixteen years of progressive experience to IC Sciences. Her previous positions include Vice President of Treasury and Director of Finance for Mercer HR Services where she drove foundational changes to realize significant cost control and cost reduction, doubling profitability while minimizing market risk; Senior Manager and Director of Finance for the Technology, Security Risk Services Practice for Ernst and Young where she provided advisement and consulting to a range of small companies to large complex, multinational corporations both nationally and abroad; and finally, numerous financial assignments throughout Motorola with her final role as the Global Director of Finance for the Office of the CIO where she partnered with the CIO to manage a $900M complex, multi-sourced, multinational organization, was a key member in the design and implementation of a new Corporate IT Strategy, and successfully executed a $160M cost reduction project.
